Ingredients

Add Gouda cheese, finely shredded to shopping list 1 cup Gouda cheese, finely shredded

Add sour cream to shopping list 1/4 cup sour cream

Add finely chopped pecans to shopping list 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:

In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded cheese, sour cream and pecans. Stir until mixture is creamy. Cover and chill for one hour. Serve with crackers.
