Sunshine Citrus Chicken

Ingredients

Add lemon juice to shopping list 1/2 cup lemon juice

Add orange juice to shopping list 1/2 cup orange juice

Add chicken bouillon granules to shopping list 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules

Add garlic, minced to shopping list 1 Tablespoon garlic, minced

Add dried oregano to shopping list 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Add red pepper, crushed flakes to shopping list 1 teaspoon red pepper, crushed flakes

Add boneless, skinless chicken to shopping list 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken

Directions:

Combine juices, bouillon and seasonings in a large resealable bag; mix well. Place chicken in bag and seal; refrigerate for 2 hours.

Drain chicken, discarding marinade. Grill, bake, broil or saute chicken as desired until fully cooked.
