Mix mayonnaise, honey, mustard and peanut butter. Remove 1/2 cup of the mixture; set remaining aside.
Brush chicken with 1/2 cup mayonnaise mixture; coat with crushed chips. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 425 degrees for 7-9 minutes. Turn and bake an additional 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve with remaining dipping sauce.
