Ingredients

check ground beef 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef

check medium onion, finely chopped 1 medium onion, finely chopped

check dried bread crumbs 1 cup dried bread crumbs

check pine nuts 2/3 cup pine nuts

check grated Parmesan cheese 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

check fresh parsley, chopped 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped

check eggs 2 eggs

check salt 1-1/2 teaspoons salt

check pepper 1 teaspoon pepper

check garlic, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Directions:

Combine all ingredients; blend well. Shape into 6 thick patties.

Grill patties, on covered grill, over medium hot heat 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
